Accountability is magic!

Here’s what the American Society of Training and Development says about the probability of completing a goal:

  • 10% likely — if you just have an idea
  • 25% likely — if you consciously decide to do it
  • 40% likely — if you decide when you will do it

  • 65% likely — if you commit to someone that you will do it

Logistics

  • This intimate group will be capped at 6 participants.

  • We will meet by Zoom video. Gatherings will not be recorded.

  • If you and I have never worked together before, we will have a brief phone consultation prior to finalizing your registration.

  • All participants will complete an intake questionnaire prior to our first meeting.

Policies

By registering for this group, I affirm the following:

  • I will show up to meetings on time and participate fully in the process.

  • I understand that fees are non-refundable.

  • I will use Elka’s copyrighted materials and intellectual property for my own use only; I will not distribute them to others, nor will I use them to emulate.

  • I am responsible for my own self-care, my own decisions, and my actions; and I am committed to my own well-being.

  • I understand that this group is not therapy, nor is it a replacement for therapy or any medical care. Elka is not a medical or mental health practitioner of any kind, and does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or mental health conditions.

  • I agree to hold confidential any other participants’ personal information shared in our group meetings.

  • Anonymous aspects of our meetings and sessions may be used by Elka in her publications.

Payment of the fee indicates participant’s full agreement with the above.
