Gold + Iris is dedicated to illuminating the soul on earth.

In mythology, Iris is a messenger goddess who travels along the rainbow bridge between the realms of heaven and earth. In earth medicine, the Iris flower helps infuse the body with soul, inspiring creativity. According to myth, Iris is an ally to the high goddess Juno, whose energy is honored as Gold in the name Gold + Iris. Gold is also an earth medicine of creativity, wisdom, and radiance. It is the outcome of the soul-work known as alchemy. Gold + Iris stands to support you in your alchemical emergence — bright, aligned, and true.

Gold + Iris both emerges from and holds the teaching and mentoring practice of its founder Elka Eastly Vera. Elka is a seasoned spiritual facilitator with 25 years of experience supporting people as they follow the calls of their souls. She has a background in Goddess spirituality, ritual arts, energy work, creative process, and many more transformative modalities. Elka holds certifications in spiritual coaching, life coaching, hypnotherapy, and Reiki. She is a trained priestess and flower essence practitioner. Elka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and a Master’s degree in Culture & Spirituality.
